Payment conditions: the course fee is for tuition and loan of course materials only. For courses held at venues arranged by Willett Technical Services Ltd, light refreshments are also included. All fees excludes the cost of   candidate travel, accommodation and other expenses. A 50% deposit payment for courses must accompany the order. Cheques must be payable to Willett Technical Services. Credit card payments can also also be  taken.
Where part payment has been specifically agreed, to be after the course date, settlement must be made in full no later than 30 days after course completion, penalties are applicable after the 30 days.   

Cancellations: cancellations are accepted up to 30 days before the course commencement date. A charge of 50% of  fees are made for cancellations by course participants within 30-14 days of course start date. Payment in full is required if cancellation is made on or within 14 days of date of course commencement or in the event of non-attendance. Course delegates may be substituted at any time prior to the course by prior agreement.

Willett Technical Services reserves the right without liability to cancel any course, in which event, all moneys paid will be refunded or, if agreeable, delegates transferred to a later course. Where possible at least 28 days notice of such cancellation will be given.

Transfers: Bookings already made may be transferred to later available courses up to 30 days before commencement date, after which cancellation conditions apply.

Content: Willett Technical Services Ltd reserves the right without prior notice to make minor alterations to any content described in its  literature.

Learning materials: are loaned as applicable to candidates for use during some courses.

Course numbers: the number of delegates attending is limited to ensure maximum possible attention is given to all participants.

Certificate of attendance: a certificate of attendance is provided for each delegate on the completion of the course.

Accommodation: students are responsible for their own accommodation arrangements and are advised to make an early reservation.

Protective Equipment: appropriate protective clothing such as overalls; laboratory coats; safety footwear and eye protection is recomended to be worn during any practical sessions.

Health & Safety: Whilst Willett Technical Services Ltd prepares its courses contents with due concideration to saftey, students are to take care and follow direction offered by Willett Technical services.
